Services and Pricing
We offer monthly training packages that give you the option to train one to five days per week. All of our monthly service packages include our four step fitness process:
1. Assess: A fitness assessment is a crucial part of any
responsible training program. Our assessment will
measure your current physical abilities so that growth can be accurately measured and monitored. In your fitness assessment, we will determine your:
§ Body Fat Percentage
§ Muscle Strength (Muscle Imbalances)
§ Target Heart Rate
§ Nueromuscular Capabilities
2. Design: A fitness program will be designed to meet your needs and skill set. We will identify unhealthy diet and exercise habits and work together to replace them with foods and activities that will leave you feeling empowered and looking amazing. You will learn how to choose foods that are filling with fewer calories, identify exercise techniques that you will enjoy and ultimately learn how to improve your quality of life with a balance of fitness and good health.
3. Instruct: Our certified and experienced trainers will work with you one-on-one to implement your fitness program and guide you through each session. We put a strong emphasis on proper bio-mechanics during workouts and will push you to the limit by challenging your physical and mental capabilities. Our goal is for you to leave each workout feeling stronger and more energized.
4. Reassess: Progress tracking will occur every four weeks to determine your weight loss, muscle gain, etc. This will enable you to witness your positive fitness results, which is perhaps the best motivation in maintaining an ongoing healthy lifestyle. If your fitness or weight loss goals change, we will reassess your current fitness program to reflect those needs.
Pricing:
1 training session per week: $70 per session = $280/month
2 training sessions per week: $65 per session = $520/month
3 training sessions per week: $60 per session = $720/month
4 training sessions per week: $55 per session = $880/month
5 training sessions per week: $50 per session = $1000/month
You can choose to work out in your home with a trainer or at a nearby gym.
